A. If we have received payment on your account by the deposit deadline, you will receive a letter instructing you how to redeem your Bobbleheads during TwinsFest, held in late January. If you do not choose to pick up your Bobbleheads at TwinsFest, a certificate is mailed in late April with further instructions of how to redeem your Bobbleheads at the ballpark.
