How/when are individual licenses consumed?
A license is reserved when you assign a user to a course. The program connects to the ExpressTrain website, checks available licenses on your account, and reserves one license for every user you assign to the course. The license is actually consumed when that user logs in as a trainee to the course for the first time. If you ‘unassign’ a user from a course (only possible if he/she has never logged into the course), your web account will be credited with the extra license.
