How were the leaders of the initiative team chosen?
Two of the initiatives, the SMG processes and HRIS, were in process prior to the Monitor Group’s involvement and the formal identification of the HRB initiatives. For the other HRB initiatives, team leaders were chosen by Judy Boyette in consultation with their supervisors. Team leaders were chosen for their special expertise or subject matter involvement in the initiatives they are leading. They were also selected for the purpose of bringing together a group with the right balance of skills and experience that would effectively accomplish the goals under each initiative.
