How were the five parking garage options determined?
Given the limited amount of land, there are limited viable options. Dozens of parking garage options, however, have been studied by parking experts during the past year. Inefficient, impractical or too costly options were discarded. The current design team of Dranoff Properties, Tim Haahs & Associates, Urban Engineers, and Converse Winkler Architects and the Township team developed the final five options. • Why aren’t there more options? Many options were studied, but those presented offered the most efficient and cost effective approach to a very limited space. • Why are Options 2A and 3A listed at all?
