How well does the iZon Lens perform?
In multiple double-masked clinicals, iZon Wavefront-Guided Single Vision Lenses tested with a conventional lens as a control, showed a significant improvement in visual acuity, low contrast visual acuity and mid-frequency contrast sensitivity among both myopes and emmetropes. In patient preference clinicals—also double-masked with a conventional lens as a control—patients identified as iZon candidates preferred the iZon Lens 3:1 over the conventional lens. Additionally, in market research with patients who purchased the iZon Lens from their Eye Care Practitioner, better than nine out of ten report a high level of satisfaction with the overall performance.
