I do not have 1 single complaint about this product. This is so easy to use and it’s good for those that have straight or curly hair. I use to blow dry and then flat iron my straight hair for a more polished look and this product does it all in 1 step. http://www.buzzillions.com/dz_182757_conair_infiniti_wet_dry_straightening_hot_reviews have lots of baby fine hair that takes forever to dry no matter if it is short or long. THEN I have to use the curling iron or flat iron, and would end spending 30 minutes or more drying & styling my hair. With this,I am FINISHED in 15-20 minutes tops. The only downside is that the handle is fatter than I would like, having arthritis and all. It ends up making my hand hurt. However, for 15-20 minutes total time, it is well worth the money to me. I get compliments on my hair all the time now.
