How well does the AirCAT’s simulate game situations?
AirCAT is not capable of delivering a true linear spike over a regulation net. With the AirCAT, spike drills must be performed from the same side of the net, below net height, limiting ball travel distance and players reaction time. The AirCAT also has no spin capabilities, which limits a serve to a simple floater. With a lower (than the Attack or Attack II) release point, the AirCAT requires an arc to clear the net and slower speeds to keep the ball in the court.
