How well does a Natural Light skylight light up an area?
A. Very well! A NL-300 10″ skylight will give you approximately 300watts of of light and the NL-500 13″ skylight will give you approximately 500 watts of light. Depending on conditions. Q. Does your skylight bring in heat like traditional skylights do? A. No! Natural Light skylights have little to no heat gain/transfer. Q. Will a Natural Light Skylight fade carpeting, furniture or clothing? A. No. We use a UV inhibitator in the dome as well as in our miro-silver light pipe for added protection. Q. How long will Natural Lights reflective pipe last? A. We give a 25year warranty on the pipe. Our miro-silver pipe is a solid reflective light pipe material. It’s NOT a laminated polymer sheet. It can’t and will not de-laminate. It also won’t crack, yellow or peel after prolonged UV exposure. Q.
