• We are in the business of making you look good. You have the ultimate ownership. You get the credit for the work we do and for bringing us in. • We can deal with delicate situations, helping you work a problem through to its solution without over-escalating it and running the risk of it blowing up before it gets fixed. • We have been praised for our ability to fit in as well in the boardroom as on the factory floor. We can work with entry level people to the head of the company. • It is different being a consultant than being in management. You are in control, not us. We have learned to let go. • How strong is the technical expertise? How well does the consultant keep up to date? • Sometimes projects require a certain technical expertise. • For example, some of our work requires very strong Excel skills. We are an expert programmer in Excel. Clients have learned much about Excel just from watching us. We have even built and taught intermediate and advanced Excel classes at clients. O
