How well are Avci WT instructors in teaching the art?
Sifu AVCI, who says “If an instructor has a mistake and twenty students, in fact he has twenty mistakes”, gives an extra importance on the quality of his instructors. For this reason, “Instructors Seminars” in which the techniques of each student program and methods and drills to teach them are taught. After these seminars, a diploma is given to the instructer that identifies which student program can the instructer teach. Each assistant can only teach the programs that he has the diploma of the degree. Not every black belt holders are good instructors. To train a qualified instructor takes time and serious work. All the Avci WT instructors are qualified as they do the necessary work to become an instructor.
