How we can stucture with spectra by using UV, IR and NMR spectroscopy?

0

NMR is used for Hydrogen – Proton on carbon in the structure. It also gives information of Molecular properties. IR defines structure – skeleton of the molecule. It also gives information about Active Groups, (-OH, -COOH, -C=O, -NH2 – -NO etc. and presence of double bonds. UV determines the Bond Length, Bond Angle and vibrations of atom in the molecule. Data from all these three spectra can determine molecular structure of unknown compounds, or it can be compared with known compounds.
