How We Can Prepare And Dye Yarn For Carpet Manufacturing?
Handlooms are used for making carpet in early 1840. These handlooms are operated by hand and foot power. In 1841 Bigelow’s power looms were introduced. In some countries handlooms are used. Manufacturing process consist of five basic steps. These steps are preparing the yarn, Dyeing the yarn, Tufting the carpet, Dyeing the tufted carpet and Finishing the carpet.
