How was the review advisory panel chosen and who is it composed of?
The review advisory panel was carefully selected to provide a balanced advisory group that represented those from both sides of the fluoridation debate, as well as those who were neutral. The panel included medical doctors, dentists, scientists, consumers, epidemiologists and representatives of the water industry. The director of CRD and the chair of the advisory board chose members of the panel.
