How was the RD/GBE Green Advantage® program developed?
The training program was developed through a partnership between Green Advantage® and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC). Green Advantage® created and administers the Green Advantage® Certification Program. DVGBC, located in Philadelphia, is an active Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and includes many construction professionals on its board of directors and executive committees.
