How was the Preferred Proponent chosen?
The preferred proponent was selected through a two stage comprehensive evaluation process. An evaluation panel, consisted of representatives of the RIA, LandCorp and Tourism WA, with advisor input from other experts including the State Government Architect, CB Richard Ellis while Ernst and Young undertook a detailed review of the proposals and selected a preferred proponent. A probity advisor (Stantons International) was engaged to ensure the selection was conducted in a fair, equitable and transparent manner.
