I have a GREAT one for you. Especially if you have an iPhone. I use it all the time. It tells you cloud cover, transparency of the air from the ground to space, astronomical seeing, darkness, wind, humidity and temperature. The website is http://cleardarksky.com/csk/ and the app for your iPhone is iCSC. It’s a free app. It’s not complicated to use at all. You pretty much follow the chart from left to right. If there’s a series of blue blocks, then it’s a good night for observing. I just checked the website and it covers Canada as well. The data for the site actually comes from the Canadian Meteorological Center. The only down side to it is that it doesn’t show you past forecasts. It only shows you the forecast for the next 48 hours. Hope this helps you.
