How was the Master able to create the Road Rover Mission Control, Transdogmafiers and all the vehicles within a year?
Again, this is only a guess but… The Transdogmafiers are more compact than the Cano-Mutators so they could be build more easily. Maybe the Master build one and sent some dog(s) through (such as Hubert or the Space Rovers) and they in turn helped him build the base, the rest of the Transdogmafiers, vehicles and what not.
