How was the Impact Summit concept born?
Impact Summit grew out of a successful consulting and training company where our executives provided customized training on site with dealerships across the country. During our sessions with dealers, we kept hearing about the challenges of finding good sales and management personnel and at the request of our clients we developed the Impact Summit program to provide an intensive orientation and education program to quickly training the future super stars of the industry.
