How was the BSU charge calculated? Will it change?
• A: The sum of (1) the estimated CSOps wo/manpower to run the associated hardware and software, (2) replacement & maintenance costs, and (3) the bandwidth costs that we pay to ITS for these machines, all divided by the number of users. CSOps will continually tracking actual costs, and the accounting rules require that the BSU charge be adjusted at least once a year so that revenues and expenses match up.
