How was the Arteriograph validated and proven to be accurate?
The validation of the Arteriograph happened while being compared against an invasive method at the Clinic of Cardiology, Pcs Medical University. A pulse wave given by a cannula inserted into the a. brachialis, and the wave given by the Arteriograph were compared. It was demonstrated that the results gained by the Arteriograph were identical to those of the intra-arterial pulse waves gained with the invasive method.
