How was Nicholas 2 of Russia a bad leader?
It is accepted fact that Nicholas II, tsar of Russia from 1894 to l917, was a poor leader. However, it should be recognized that ruling such a vast country has always been a tremendous challenge. The old Soviet Union, and Nicholas’ Russia took in almost every time zone in the world.
