Most AbD Serotec monoclonal antibodies of IgG class are purified using Protein G or Protein A affinity chromatography. This results in antibody preparations of >95% purity. Monoclonal antibodies of the IgM class are generally purified by a combination of ammonium sulfate precipitation and/or size-exclusion chromatography.
