For Wine Captain models, the digital control that sets the temperature in the middle zone can be set at 46° to 54° F. Please remember that the temperature on the lower wine rack will be approximately 6° F lower than the middle zone and temperatures on the upper wine racks will be approximately 6° F higher than the middle zone.
