How verbose should I be in the “project description”, “project objectives”, “outcomes of the project” and “project assessment plan” portions of my proposal?
These parts constitute the meat of your proposal. This is your chance to say what you want to do, how you will do it, and how you will tell if you have been successful. In your “Outcomes of the project” you should comment on anticipated student learning outcomes since that is the purpose of LITRE Grants. But in most cases a few paragraphs should be sufficient for each of these. The reviewers will need enough information to be able to determine the potential for your proposal to enhance student learning. In the final proposal more detail will be expected.
