A. Saginaw County Farm Bureau Oil Company had no formal relationship with Michigan Farm Bureau. It was an independent local fuel cooperative. It ran into financial difficulties in the 1980’s and surrendered its assets to unpaid creditors. It formally dissolved on August, 7, 1991, and any outstanding stock issued by the company would now be worthless.
