How updated are the listings, and do the listings have actual dates or just the words: “available now”?

Every rental has three actual dates: Source Date, Available Date, Updated Date. If a listings Updated Date becomes older than 7 days it is automatically purged from the multiple listing service. If a listing is constantly being updated and never rents, you will be able to see how many days the property has been on the market by comparing the Source Date to the Updated Date.
