How up-to-date is the property record information contained in the Parcel Database?

0

Since each MdProperty View CD-ROM is produced once per year, the property information contained on the CD-ROM only represents a snapshot of the Parcel Database for the day that the CD-ROM was released. MDP receives a download from the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) for all parcels in a given jurisdiction just prior to final production. For example, the Baltimore County 2005 Edition was finalized for distribution in mid-October 2005. The property records on the CD-ROM reflect the information contained in the Parcel Database at that point in time.
