How transition from democracy to netocracy could be implemented?
There are three core structure determinating values known so far: land, money and knowledge. On these values are based three economical systems feudalism, capitalism and (let say upcoming epistemism). These values do not negate each other. In fact they are expanding values. Money as universal equivalent to material resources includes land as part of itself. In similar way knowledge include both of them. Land and money are physical in nature; knowledge is spiritual. Land and money have provoked two economical revolutions agrarian and industrial. Knowledge provoke spiritual revolutions i.e. changes in social consciousness and culture. This revolution will resemble Italian Renaissance, which give birth to modern secular social consciousness and French Enlightenment, which initiate modern political consciousness.
