How trained should my border collie puppy be at 9 weeks?

hiya ,,at 9 weeks you have given your pup a good start with its training ,,there is no time limit to training a dog ,what takes one dog to learn might take another dog longer ,at the moment your pup attention span is about 2 seconds ,that’s why its so important to praise and reward your pup within that 2 secs after he has done something good or its done something you have asked of it above all make it fun for your pup a good tip is if every time you see him sitting, laying,,,etc say the command sit ,stay etc ,,also praise your pup for no less than 3 seconds for doing something you have asked it to do ,,or like ,,good luck
