Your new surface gets extremely hard. It’s made to wear just like other solid surface finishes. It is scratch resistant, although, like any new counter surface, we cannot guarantee against scratching. It takes about 30 days to reach it’s full strength, during this time extra caution should be taken to prevent scratching.
