How to write the press release / news release / press note?
Basically any new information is news. Launching new product, new service, new facility, is news. Getting prestigious certification for the product is news. Planning ambitious expansion plan is news. Giving different thought is also news. There are many ways where media sees the news but the person who has the information may not aware the news. However for writing the news one must write the main information in the first paragraph, second paragraph necessary supporting information and calculation shall be inserted and in third paragraph background about the person or organization shall be given for the reference of journalists so that they can write the news in their own news papers. Content or information of Press release or news release shall be given in single A4 size paper or max one and half page. Please try to avoid the points which are earlier mentioned.
