why would you write an application “letter”? Usually you find the online application, phone them asking how to get a copy of the application (online or in their office, or at a computer in their office), or go there in person. If you plan to write a letter then first find the job description online (you need to know what they are looking for) then gear your letter toward that. You’ll need to have what they want…so then say you have what they want (only if you do, otherwise don’t respond).
