Ans.: Before using ISM in Word we should switch off the Autocorrect options, which are there in the Tools Menu Bar of the Word. This info is there in the ISM manual also. You need to follow the following steps 1) Open MS-WORD. Go to Tools menu. Click on Autocorrect. Now you can see some sub-options like correct two initial capitals, capitalize first letter of sentence, capitalize names of days, replace text as you type etc. Switch off all these options before using ISM fonts in MS-Word. Because these options basically are for English language. They will create problems for typing in Indian languages in Word hence should be switched off. Also in the same menu from ‘Autoformat as you type’ option, please switch off ‘Straight Quotes with Smart Quotes’ and ‘Symbol Characters (—) with symbol (–). 2) Also while using Script Key if the document goes to ‘Print Preview’ mode then do the following settings.
