How to Wire a 2 Way Switch?

0

To wire a 2 way switch, which is also referred to as a “single pole switch”, is accomplished by pulling a 14-2 wire from a feed. Then you pull a 14-2 wire from the device that you’re feeding, which could be a light, or receptacle. You then tie all your grounds together, leaving a single wire off of it for your switch. Wire nut your two white wires together, and the two blacks get connected to the switch. One on the top, and one on the bottom.
