How to win in Monopoly?
The best way to win at Monopoly is to buy properties early and often. The goal in the first two times around the board is to get as many as possible and hopefully by the third time around you can get a “natural” monopoly, meaning that you just got lucky and landed on all three before your opponents. Then just build when you can. In order to find the best monopolies to own on the board, you have to use percentages. If you think about it, most players will be stuck between jail and go to jail for more than 60% of the game. This means, obviously, that pink, orange, red and yellow would be the best properties to own. However, we can narrow it down further. The number most rolled with two dice is 7. It has a 1 in 6 chance of rolling. Count out 7 from jail and you land on ‘community chest’. Well, that doesn’t help. However, 6 and 8 have the next best chance of rolling.
