How to whitelist/blacklist an Email Id ?
– Login to the ECM frontend. – Go to Administer tab. Go to Spam Manager. – For whitelisting, enter the Email Id under White List Preferences and click Add. When you have added all the Email Ids to be whitelisted, click Submit. Before submitting, if you want to remove any entry, then select the Email Id(s) from the list and click remove. Then click Submit. – For blacklisting, enter the Email Id under Black List Preferences and click Add. When you have added all the Email Ids to be blacklisted, click Submit. Before submitting, if you want to remove any entry, then select the Email Id(s) from the list and click remove. Then click Submit. Note: For domain added as an MSP the Spam preference can be set for all the domains under it or a single domain.
