Topamax is medication for migraine headaches. The doctor that gave it to her has to see her and reevaluate her to give her the correct med. I would just stop taking it completely, since its only been 2 weeks. She needs to be seen immediately since she is having racing thoughts. Dont leave anythnk out when seeing the doctor. The more you talk and tell them , the better they can assist you.
