How to wash exhaust and accessories?
Every part, either exhaust or accessory, chrome-plated or black, must be kept clean because the accumulation of dirt damage the chrome or the painting. However, an incorrect cleaning can also damage the product. First, you should never wash the motorcycle while it is hot because the exhaust may change color. Always use shampoo or neuter soap, cloths and water; using chemical products like Solupan or activated ones cause damage to the paints used in the production and also the original parts like motor and wheels. If the part is stick with something difficult to come out, you can use the soft side of a sponge type Scott Brite, never use steel wool or something like that that would scratch the part.
