How to view Multiple Comcast email accounts from a single login with SmartZone?
• Click on the Preferences Tab within the SmartZone ® Communications Center • Click Email Manager under the left Preferences Pane • Click on the Add Account button • You will need to fill out the following information in the applicable fields: • Account Name – name to distinguish what account this is (e.g.: Eric’s Secondary) • Email Address – Comcast.net email address you are adding • Account Type – select POP3 • Email Server – mail.comcast.net • User name – user name of the account you are adding (everything to the left of the @ symbol in your Comcast e-mail address) • Password – password for your Comcast.net account • Once all the information is populated click Test Settings to ensure a proper connection • Once the Test is successful, click Save in the top left-hand corner Note: If the Test Settings fail, re-verify all fields have been properly entered.
