• Give advance notice of 10 days to Directorate of Estates if the allottee wants to surrender the house volunterily. • Get clearance from Electricity office and Delhi Water Supply and Sewage Disposal undertaking/NDMC. • Possession of the quarter may be handed over to the concerned JE of CPWD Enquiry Office alongwith the electricity and water clearance. • The JE take the possession of the quarter and issue vacation certificate to the individual allottees.
