You can’t type Vietnamese characters directly over other application using VNKeys.com online keyboard. You first need to type the text in text box using the described key layout and then copy and paste the text over. Here the layout again. 1=ă,2=â,3=ê,4=ô,5=̀,6=̉,7=̃,8=́,9=̣,0=đ,[=ư,]=ơ. Hit shift to get capital letter.
