To use the SSL port to connect to SourceAnywhere for VSS Server, please follow the steps below: 1. Check “Use SSL Port” option in Server Manager->General Settings and specify a SSL port. The default one is 8879. See: http://www.dynamsoft.com/help/SAW/SM_General%20Settings.htm 2. Generate an SSL Root CA at Server Manager->SSL Root CA: http://www.dynamsoft.com/help/SAW/SM_Root%20CA.htm 3. Restart SourceAnywhere for VSS Service. 4. From SourceAnywhere for VSS client, use the specified SSL port to connect to the server.
