You will have to port forward on the home hub. Radmin uses port 4899 by default so you will have to set the hub to forward traffic on port 4899 to the internal IP of the computer you want to reach. If you have MORE than one computer inside the network (lan side) you will have to set Radmin to a different port on each machine and forward those ports to each machine as needed. You also need to set the firewall to allow the port to be used. (Don’t know if home hub has a firewall but if it does, it will have to allow the traffic.)
