How to use NuvaRing birth control ring?
NuvaRing is the flexible ring to be worn into vaginal parts. It can be easily inserted and removed. To insert : Hold the ring between your thumb and index, squeeze it and gently insert into your vagina. It will comfortably fit to the walls and hold it. If you are not comfortable with the position of NuvaRing, you can slide it further into vagina. To remove : It can be easily removed by putting finger inside the vagina and pulling it out. Hook the index finger under the forward rim or holding the rim between the index and middle fingers and pull it out. You need to remove the ring after three weeks of insertion. Insert the NuvaRing on the first day when your period starts or menstrual bleeding begins. Some women may prefer to start from Sunday. If start using from Sunday, which is not your first period day then you need to use back-up birth control methods like condoms, spermicide or diaphragm.
