How to use LightScribe CD-R media and get the Best Results?
For best results, use your LightScribe media in the following way: Store in a cool dark place Use promptly after opening Keep the disc in its case with paper insert. Do not store in a case which has direct contact with the disc surface Avoid unnecessarily touching the label surface and avoid contact with water, or oils. If there are stains on the disc, wipe off using a soft cloth Do not use any solvents, thinners, anti-static liquids or record cleaners to clean the surface Do not write on the label surface or use sticky labels. A deep scratch of the label surface may result in the disc surface changing colour. LightScribe labels fade in a short period of time with a visible white powder coating.
