How to use Legislation to protect the Natural environment?
In some cities there are ordinances against spitting on the sidewalk. Make a citizen’s arrest. Obama is writing more legislation. If your house doesn’t pass the new Green Code, you can’t sell your house. I don’t know if you’ll be able to rent an apartment that doesn’t pass. I’m making a claim for a spot under a bridge when it passes.
