How to use Khadi Pure Henna Red?
• Mix Henna with lemon juice in a glass or a china bowl. It should have the consistence of thick paste. • Cover the bowl with cling film, wrap it in a towel and put it in a warm place for 12 hours. If you would like to speed up the process, put it in a place very warm place (35°C, e.g. on a radiator) for 2 hours. Do not boil the mixture! • When the Henna is ready, add some more lemon juice to it and mix well to achieve the consistence of thick yoghurt. • Wash your hair with a silicon free shampoo and dry it. • Put on the gloves and then apply the mixture on clean and dry hair. • Put on a washing cap and roll a towel around the head. • Remove Henna from the forehead, nape and ears. • Leave Henna on your hair for a few hours – the longer it stays there, the richer and longer lasting the colour will be. • Wash the dye off thoroughly with warm water. • Be patient – the colour will become more intensive in a few days after dyeing, because of the natural process of oxidation.
