How to use Call Monitor, desktop monitor and SMS service on Client?
A11.Firstly, please configure the following options on BizPBX Server: 1)System Settings->Advanced Modules->Enable Desktop Monitor, Call Monitor and SMS service 2)Extensions -> Choose on the extension that you want to give authority, Enter into ‘Edit Extension’ page -> Administration Authority -> enable ‘Manage this group except below extensions’ or ‘Manage all except below extensions’. Secondly, log in this authorized extension on BizPBX Cleint, click the right key on Extensions list, you will see the call monitor, desktop monitor as well as the SMS services.
