How to upgrade Polar Help Desk to latest version?
• Go to Download Release section of our site. • Log in using your existing Username and Password (you got them when you first purchased Polar Help Desk). • Click to download the latest version of PHD. • After the download, please follow these steps: • Uninstall the product. The database is preserved. • Backup the database! • Download the new version and install it. During installation choose to use the existing database (the one you backed up) and proceed with the database upgrade (if necessary). • Finish installation.
