Windows 2000/XP already has the driver for the BT878 chip, however it is not for e-Lar’s Video capture card (although it also uses BT878 chip). If you have installed the card’s audio and video driver, but the e-Lar can not work. It means that the capture card driver is not properly installed. Please follow the below steps to update driver.
